  • Platform: SayPro’s internal platform (e.g., SayPro Workspace or SCRR-33 portal)
  • Duration: 30–60 minutes
  • Format: Virtual meeting (video or chat-based)

📋 Before Each Meeting – Preparation Checklist:

  1. Review your deliverables:
    • Confirm which tasks (e.g., prompt generation, data analysis, report drafting) have been completed.
  2. Update your SayPro Timesheet with accurate logs.
  3. Upload supporting documents, such as:
    • Research logs
    • Data collection sheets
    • Draft reports
  4. Note any blockers or support needed from the SayPro team.
  5. Prepare a 2–3 minute verbal summary of your week’s work.
